ECHO employees cannot view your password, and **we will never ask you for your password or one-time-password (**OTP is a 6-digit code).

If you are contacted by a person asking for your iECHO password or OTP, please contact iECHO support immediately at [email protected]. Learn more about our password requirements

There are two ways to reset your password:

🔹 If you forgot your password:

  1. On the login page, select Continue with Email.

  2. Enter your registered email and click Continue.

  3. Click on Forgot Password?

  4. Enter your registered email and click Send Reset Link

  5. Check your registered email inbox for the next steps and click on Reset Password button

  1. Click Reset Password to confirm and log in using your new password

🔹 If you know your password but want to change it:

  1. Go to your Profile dropdown menu.

  2. Click on Edit Profile.

  3. Navigate to Settings and go to Change Password.

  4. Enter your current password.

  5. Create and confirm your new password.

  6. Click Change Password to save.
