For first-time use, after completing the partnership and initial onboarding process for a Organization on iECHO, an email invite request will be sent to the owner.

Signup with Mobile

1. Select Continue with Mobile.
2. Enter the mobile number linked with WhatsApp.
3. Select WhatsApp as the login method and click Confirm.

1. iECHO confirms that your phone number doesn’t exist on the platform yet. Select create a new account.
2. Enter the 6-digit verification code you receive on WhatsApp and select Confirm.
3. Enter your personal and professional details.
4. Choose a profile visibility option:

• Private – iECHO hides your profile from others. Choose Only Me.
• Public – iECHO shows your profile and impact to the ECHO community. (Recommended) Choose Anyone on iECHO.

1. Is the WhatsApp login and signup option available in all countries?

• This option is available in all countries where SMS is supported by iECHO.

1. What happens if I don’t select WhatsApp as my mode of login? Will I be logged out of my iECHO account, if I login with another device?

• No, you won’t be logged out of your iECHO account, you can login with SMS verification codes.

📌 The Owner is the primary authority of a Organization in iECHO, typically the head of the organization. This role has exclusive control over the Organization and can:

• Add, edit, or delete members (Admins or Organization Members).
• Oversee Organization activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Each Organization has only one Organization Owner, ensuring streamlined management and accountability. The Organization Owner sets the foundation for effective tele-mentoring by defining roles and maintaining operational integrity.

• Click on Complete Registration in the email invite received to complete setting up your Organization.

The owner will need to complete the one-time sign-up/registration to invite other members.

Here’s how members can register or sign up on iECHO:

• Self Registration - Register directly on iecho.org without needing an invitation to join a program.
• Invite-based registration - Register on iecho.org through an invitation from your Organization or program coordinator. Registrations may be sent via email or SMS (SMS only available in select countries). </aside>

🆕 When creating a program, select the Target professionals accurately. These selections will be auto-populated for new participants during registration, helping them quickly find and select their profession.

Example:

If you are starting a program on Maternal Mental Health and your target professionals are counselors, select the most relevant counselor option while setting up the program. This ensures participants see the right options when they register.
