iECHO makes it easy for you to access program content at any point in time. Every content uploaded for the program will remain on the platform and can be easily accessed at any time in future. Files are listed by session, uploader, content type, with options to preview or download.

Focus Area Tags

Focus area tags enable you to filter content based on relevant topics under a participant group. These are pre-populated basis the program’s focus areas.

To filter content on the basis of tags:

1. Navigate to the content tab in the required participant group.
2. Click on tabs and select the topics to filter the content list.
3. Simply select and view or download.

Additionally, option to share reaction to each content is enabled to provide a quick and easy way for to express feedback on content.

• Select the program & open the Participant Group details page
• Click on the ‘CONTENT’ tab to view all content uploaded by the Org team.
• From the three dots under Actions, Download or View file as required.
