iECHO allows you to add the session to a calendar of your preference.

Google Calendar

  1. Click on the ‘Add to Calendar’ option in the email invitation.
  2. This will automatically redirect you to Google calendar. The screen will reflect the associated session.
  3. Click on ‘Save’ to add this as an event to your Google calendar.

Outlook Calendar (Web)

  1. Go to the email invitation and click on the down arrow in the ICS file.
  2. Select ‘Import’ option from the list that appears.
  3. It will redirect you to the calendar, where you need to click on ‘Save’.

Apple Calendar (Web)

  1. Download the ICS file from the email invitation.
  2. Double click on the file. You shall see a preview of the event details.
  3. Now, you'll be prompted to add the event to your calendar. Click ‘OK’ to confirm and add.

Remember to keep the ICS file up to date by re-downloading it if any changes are made to the session or event in iECHO.
