iECHO now supports anonymous forms - collect honest, unbiased responses without capturing any participant details. Perfect for feedback surveys, evaluations, and any scenario where objectivity matters. Here’s how you can create an anonymous form on iECHO:

1. Navigate to your iECHO Homepage.
2. Navigate to Programs page by clicking on View more .
3. Select the Program for which you want to create forms in a Participant Group.
4. Go to the Forms section, and select Form Builder and Other Surveys.
5. Click on the Create Form button.

1. Click on Create new and iECHO will redirect you to the form builder.
2. Under advanced settings, select Anonymous Form Submission. A modal will appear asking you to confirm - select Update.

1. Continue creating the rest of the form as you normally would.

1. Historical data collected while anonymous form submission is enabled cannot be edited to include user information. If you turn off this setting while the form is still active and shared with new participants, it will begin collecting user data.
