Certificate Data (All Data - Participant group level CSV export)

This CSV file includes detailed certificate data for a Participant Group, covering participation metrics from all sessions.

If a session has been recently conducted, we recommend downloading the report 24 hours after the session's end time to allow for proper reconciliation.

Here’s how you can access this report:

Navigate to your iECHO Homepage.
Navigate to Programs page by clicking on View more .
Select the Program and Participant Group for which you want to download the Certificate data.
Go to Reports.
From the Session’s dropdown, select the first option with Participant Group Name (All Data).
Select Certificate .
Click Download Report as applicable.

Understanding report

Details of All Certificate Data report metrics in a participant group:

Full Name	Full Name of the person registered in the Participant group
Email/Phone	Email Address or Phone number which is primary during iECHO registration by the person
Issued for	Participant Group
Session Topic/Participant Group Name	In case of certificate issued for a particular session , the topic of session will be considered else, participant group name for certificates issued at the end
Start Date	Participant group start date
Issued At	Certificate issue date
Certificate Heading	Depending on type of certificate as applicable. Example : Participation/Completion
Subheading	Sub details in the certificate. Example : “This certificate is presented to”
Certificate URL	Link to certificate of participant
Certificate Template	Design template used for Certificate (Classic/Modern)
