Q1. I am unable to login to my account
- Check if you’ve received an invite from your Hub or sign up to create an account.
- Verify that your registered email or phone number is correctly entered.
- If you’re still unable to log in, reset your password.
Q2. Unable to receive OTP
- Verify that the email or mobile number is entered correctly.
- Check the mobile network for SMS and OTPs or internet connection for email OTPs.
- Wait for 5 seconds and click "Resend OTP."
Q3. What is the time zone?
- iECHO automatically detects local time zones and adjusts session timings and notifications.
- To change your time zone, click on the drop-down menu below your name on the top right corner of the screen.
- Click “Edit Profile”.
