iECHO enables Hubs to add case presenters directly on the sessions page. This feature allows Hubs to review submissions, assign presenters, and ensure they are prepared with relevant content, while also confirming that no PII/PHI is included.

Here’s how you can add a case presenter in your session,

• Navigate to your iECHO Homepage.
• Navigate to Programs page by clicking on View more .
• Select the Program for which you want to add the Case Presenter for a particular Participant Group.
• In the Schedule section, go to the session where the Case Presenter needs to be added.
• Click on Add Case Presenter.

• A list of Active Participants will be displayed. Please click on the checkbox next to the Participant name to assign the presenter.
• Click on Assign Case Presenter - The platform will send an email/ SMS alert to the participant to upload the case.
• The case presenter(s) can upload relevant content for the session. In case of any revisions/changes, the functionality to re-upload content will be available.
