A Subject Matter Expert (SME) is someone highly knowledgeable in a specific field or topic, providing deep insights and guidance based on their expertise and experience. iECHO allows You to invite a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the session, ensuring automatic updates and reminders for session are sent. The feature also allows the SME to upload materials beforehand, enabling participants to be well-prepared in advance.

Here’s how you can add a Subject Matter Expert in your session,

• From your iECHO Homepage, open the left panel and select the second icon to view :allprograms: All Programs.
• Select the Program for which you want to add the Subject Matter Expert for a particular Participant Group.
• In the Schedule section, go to the session where the SME needs to be added.
• Click on Add Subject Matter Expert.

• Select the preferred method to add the Subject Matter Expert.
• Invite by Email ****Please provide the email address of the Subject matter expert. Click on Send ****Invite - The platform will send an email/SMS alert to the participant to upload relevant files.
• Select from Participants List A list of active participants will be displayed. Please click on the checkbox next to the Participant name to assign the expert. Click on Assign Subject Matter Expert - The platform will send an email/ SMS alert to the participant to upload relevant files.
• The Subject Matter Expert can upload relevant content for the session. In case of any revisions/changes, the functionality to re-upload content will be available.
