The filter feature in iECHO empowers Hubs to efficiently manage participant groups by enabling them to perform bulk actions such as issuing certificates, sending quick emails, and downloading session attendee data. It streamlines Participant Group management tasks & functionalities.

iECHO allows you to filter Participants list by selecting:

• Email & Mobile
• **Session Attendees - New Feature!**

Here’s how filter can be accessed in the Participants Tab:

• Navigate to your iECHO Homepage
• Navigate to Programs page by clicking on View more
• Select the Program followed by Participant Group for which you want to apply filter for Active Participants
• Select the Participant Group for which you want to filter the Participant list.
• Navigate to the Participants tab.
• Under Active Participants

Filter by Email & Mobile

• Use the Email & Mobile drop down
• Choose Email or Mobile
