The Discussion Forum is a collaborative space for Hubs and participants to interact with each other, post updates, ask questions, and receive answers fostering knowledge-sharing within the participant group. There are two options under Discussion:

1. Announcements on iECHO provides Hubs with a space to share important updates with the participants.

2. **Conversations on iECHO ****provides a platform for Hubs, participants, and subject matter experts to engage with one another.

1. Ask Questions:

If you have any doubts or need clarification on a topic covered in a session, feel free to ask. Chances are, someone else might have the same question.

2. Share Insights:

Share your experiences or insights related to the program's topics. This could include success stories, challenges faced, or practical tips that others might find useful.

3. Offer Help:

If you notice someone asking a question or discussing a topic where you have expertise, jump in and offer your help or advice.

4. Start a Discussion:

Initiate discussions on topics that interest you or are relevant to the program. This could be about recent developments, new research, or even general thoughts on the subject.

5. Provide Feedback:

Share your feedback on the sessions, content, or overall program. Constructive feedback helps improve the experience for everyone.

Here’s how you can access Discussions:

• Navigate to your iECHO Homepage
• Navigate to Programs page by clicking on View more
• Select the Program followed by the Participant Group in which You want to post an Announcement or start a Conversation
• Click on Discussion tab to be able to post a question or share an answer to an existing question.

How to view an Announcement created by the Hub?

iECHO sends an Email, SMS or WhatsApp notification every time a new announcement is created by the Hub team:

1. Click on the email, SMS or WhatsApp notification

1. Click on View Announcement
2. iECHO will redirect you to the Announcement page, where you can view and react to the announcement.

Alternatively, a link to the new announcement created under your participant group will be visible on your homepage for you to read through.

2. Navigate to your iECHO Homepage and click on the link to the announcement under New Announcements to view it.
