The Discussion Forum is a collaborative space for Organizations and Participants to interact with each other, post updates, ask questions, and receive answers fostering knowledge-sharing within the Participant Group.

Here’s how you can access Discussions:

• From your iECHO Homepage, open the left panel and select the first icon to view :allprograms: All Programs.
• Select the Participant Group for which you would like to access Discussionstab to view the latest post or update.

🔔 Announcements now appear at the top of the screen.

• Tap the 📢 icon at the top right corner, next to the 🔍 icon.
• View all posts created under any Program or Participant Group. Creator details are visible.
• React to announcements using emojis: 👍, 👏, ❤️, 🎉, 💡, 🙏. Post views appear on the right.

💬 Conversations are available in the bottom bar for easy navigation.

• On your mobile Homepage, tap the chat icon “:chat:” at the bottom of the screen.
• Add comments and attachments or View and react to existing conversations using emojis
• Tap on the post and check the top of the screen to view members in the Participant Group.

➡️To create a conversation:

1. Tap Create.
2. Select the Program Name, then the Participant Group.
3. Add a Description.
4. Scroll down to attach resources using Add Images or Add Documents.

There are two options under Discussion:

• Announcements on iECHO enables Participants to be informed on important and latest updates from the Organization team.

👉🏻 You can view and react to the announcement by using the Add Reactions option.

How to view an Announcement created by the Organization?

• **Conversations on iECHO ****provides a platform for Participants to share knowledge, ask questions and engage with peers, Organization team and Subject Matter Experts.

  Here’s how you can start a conversation in the Participant Group:

  1. Under the Discussions tab of the Participant Group, select Conversations.

  2. Click on Start a Conversation and input your message with up to 250 characters. If you’d like to elaborate, click on Add Description to provide more information.

     

1. After adding all the necessary details, click on Post.

Note: The description message should not exceed more than 2000 characters. You can also Add Images or Add Documentsto the post. The image editor also allows the participant to annotate the image and add text.
