iECHO simplifies issuing certificates for various milestones. Hubs can easily create and send certificates for Participation, Program completion, Case Presentations, and Subject Matter Expert. This user-friendly process ensures that all achievements are recognized and documented efficiently.

Here’s how You can Create & Issue Certificates:

• Navigate to your iECHO Homepage.
• Navigate to Programs page by clicking on View more .
• Select the Program followed by Participant Group for which you want to send the email.
• In the Participants section, click on the Active Participants.
• Choose from the list to Issue Certificate either to all participants or to individuals as needed.

iECHO allows certificates to be issued either in bulk or individually.
