Program Visibility

As a partner hub, you can decide whether to keep your program Public or Private.

<aside> 🌐 Public Program: An open ECHO program that is discoverable on the iECHO platform by any individual, who registers for the program. This comes with a shareable link which can be circulated in various marketing channels to get registrations. Although, one can still send invites to participants through email and phone numbers

<aside> 🔓 Private Program: An ECHO program with restricted or invitation-only access. The Hub team sends a personalised invitation to each participant, asking them to register for the program using their provided phone number or email address.

Inviting participants through email

The simplest way to invite participants is through sending your participants an email invite that will allow them to register and join the program using iECHO. Follow the below steps:

• Go to your program page in iECHO, and select the batch in which you would like to invite the participants
• Click on the Participantstab
• Copy-paste or type out the list of email IDs into the box under Invite by email
• Click on Send invites
• Your participants would receive an email from iECHO, from where they would be able to sign in and access the program

Inviting participants through mobile (SMS)

In case your participants do not use email, you can choose to invite them through phone. Follow the below-mentioned steps:

• Go to your program page in iECHO, and select the batch in which you would like to invite the participants

• Click on the Participantstab

• Copy-paste or type out the list of phone numbers into the box under Invite by phone

  <aside> ❗ Currently we only support phone numbers in India (+91 country code). In case your participants are outside India, please invite them via email only. We are actively working towards making mobile invitations available globally.
