iECHO enables efficient management by allowing Hubs to assign specific admins to individual programs. This ensures that each program is overseen by an owner, admin and/or member with tailored responsibilities. iECHO also offers customizable view, edit and notification access to align with the Hub’s unique requirements.

What does View, Edit and Notification access mean for Admins?

View Provides access to program data exports, analytics, and insights.
Edit Complete access to manage programs, create session, and communicate with participants.
Notification Receive notifications about program updates such as session reminders, etc.

There are three way’s that Admins can be assigned to individual programs:

  1. Assign programs while inviting a new member to the Hub.
  2. Assign Admins while creating a new program.
  3. Editing a Program and assign new admins.

Let’s take an example of University of Psychological Sciences which is a Hub dedicated to the comprehensive study and advancement of the field of psychology. They are currently running the following programs:

  1. Master of Science in Autism Diagnosis and Intervention for Adults ECHO program
  2. Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Integrative Therapy Approaches ECHO program
  3. Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Trauma-Informed Care and Resilience Building
  4. Neurodiversity and Inclusive Education ECHO Program

and 4 more programs.

These programs are independently spearheaded by 5 different Admins: Charu Lata, Gautam Gambhir, Piyush Chawla, Poonam Singh, Ronit Roy and Samir Singh. Here’s how you can manage their permissions in different programs.
