iECHO makes it simple to stay on top of your important tasks and deadlines with automated reminders. You can receive these notifications via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on what works best for you.

Here’s how you can update your communication details such as:

1. Login to iECHO
2. Click the dropdown next to your name/picture (top-right) and select Edit Profile.
3. Scroll to Communication Details under Personal Details.
4. Choose your preferred Platform Language from the dropdown menu.

Speaking Language in Profile

iECHO now supports addition of speaking language in your profile to enhance user interaction across peers and community members.

1. From your iECHO profile section (top-right corner), use the drop down menu to edit details.

2. Scroll below in Personal details next to Platform language .

3. Select Speaking language from the drop down menu.

   

This is visible in your Public Profile section and visible to others.

For preferred communication method, check or uncheck the box as applicable:

1. Mobile (SMS Reminders): Quick, concise updates via text message. Perfect for on-the-go notifications and instant visibility on your mobile device. Click on the checkbox to Receive notifications and updates via SMS below the mobile number.
2. Email Reminders: Detailed notifications sent directly to your registered email inbox. Ideal for easy access from a computer. Click the check box Subscribe to iECHO Promotional Updates below the email id.
3. WhatsApp Reminders: Alerts through WhatsApp for a more interactive and convenient messaging experience. Turn the toggle on toReceive notifications and updates via Whatsapp.
