1. Joining a session made easier through ‘session reminder’ emails

iECHO’s ‘Session Reminder’ emails now, also give you the option to join a session directly via Zoom.

Please note: if you are joining from the same screen with fellow participants - it is suggested that you log in through iECHO to mark their attendance and not opt for the direct link

Here’s how you can join a session!

  1. Get all your questions answered in the new ‘Discussion’ forum on iECHO

A discussion forum is a collaborative and safe space for you to interact with other participants, ask questions, and receive answers from subject matter experts and fellow participants meanwhile fostering knowledge-sharing within the participant group. This new feature enables knowledge sharing even after the session has happened.
