Introducing a new feature on our platform that lets participants join scheduled sessions immediately, without having to complete registration process .This change is designed to make it easier and quicker for sessions participation.

This option will be available 1 hour before scheduled time. Up to 25 participants can be added for a session.

<aside> ℹ️ Note: Profile completion is mandatory, and a user will not be able to join more than three consecutive sessions without completing their profile. Participants will be prompted to complete their profile after the session.

Here’s how your participants can join sessions immediately:

Invite-based registration - Participants can register on iecho.org through an invitation sent by the Hub or program coordinator using an invitation via email or SMS (SMS only available in select countries).

1. Registration via Email

• Participants will receive an email invite indicating the Hub name via [email protected], and can access the program by clicking on Join program.

In case participants didn't receive the email invitation, we recommend to check the spam folder. If it is there, participants can add the email ‘[email protected] to their safe sender list for ease of future communications.

• Participants will be redirected to iecho.org, to follow the registration steps

3. Registration via Mobile (Select countries only)

• Participants will receive an SMS invite indicating the Hub name from iECHO.
• By clicking on the link in the SMS, they will be taken to the iECHO platform.
