Hub owner and Program admins can edit a program. Program editing options are segregated under 4 separate headers:

Note: Once a participant group has been created and a session has been conducted, the Program Name cannot be changed.

Here you can edit the admin’s ‘edit’, ‘view’ and ‘notification’ access for admins. Read More

Edit the certificate settings such as certificate issuance criteria and accreditation information

  1. Registration:

Here you can manage the registration type for the participants:

Type Description
Private Registration is by invitation only. The Hub team sends out the invites to their participants.
Public Open to anyone with the registration link. The Hub team can still manage access.
  1. Search Results

If you select a ‘Public’ Registration type, you can further select if you would like the program to be visible in iECHO search results by choosing one of the following settings:
