What’s New?
- Streamlined Calendar Invites: Sending bulk calendar invites got simpler with the ability for hubs to send invites for up to 10 sessions in one go/at once.
Follow these steps to send Bulk Calendar Invites:
- Navigate to the ‘Sessions’ tab.
- Select ‘Send Calendar Invites’ located above the session details section.
- Select 10 sessions and Click on ‘Send Invite’.
Fixes & Enhancements
- Issue: Participant Data report might not get generated or display incorrect information when accessed before 24 hours since the last session end time.
Resolution: Now, if any of the following conditions are met:
a) No sessions have been conducted by a participant group,
b) A session is currently in progress, or
c) It's been less than 24 hours since the last session ended,
and the Hub fetches the report, iECHO will display only the 'Participant Data'.
- With an intent to encourage members to freely share their insights, thoughts and suggestions, we've renamed ‘Ask a Question’ to ‘Start a Conversation’ under the Discussions tab. This shift aims to encourage members to engage beyond traditional question-and-answer formats, fostering richer discussions and idea sharing.
