The ECHO Model® helps people learn and support each other virtually. To attend ECHO sessions smoothly, it is recommended to have the right technical setup for smooth interaction.

System Requirements:

• An internet connection – broadband wired or wireless with at least 8Mbps download and upload speed.
• Computer specifications: At least 8 GB RAM and Intel i5 processor (or equivalent)
• Or Desktop ryzen5 with 8GB RAM, 500SSD

Software Requirements:

• Windows 11 or MacOS 10.14 or higher
• Zoom Application (v6.1.11 or higher)*

*In case of custom videoconferencing, integrated videoconferencing system should be available on your device with the latest(or compatible) update.
