• Confirm that you can view Conversations and Announcementsof all your programs by navigating from your homepage.
• Verify that clicking a Participant Group name correctly redirects you to its corresponding page.

1. Engage with your audience

• Post an Announcement with a title and a brief description. You can also attach a supporting image and/or a document. Verify if participants receive notifications and if post reactions, views, and creator info appear correctly.
• Start a Conversation with your participants and you can also upload a supporting image and/or a document. You can even comment and react to the post. Test interaction with your participants.

1. Check, Edit & Manage Your Content

Review and edit your posts and replies. Also, check if you’ve received relevant notifications to stay updated on any changes or interactions.

1. Suggest improvements

Report bugs, unclear labels or any glitches. You can also share feedback with us on the flow of navigation to these features.
