Here’s how you can complete setting up your profile:

To update or edit your profile:

• Login to iECHO and click on the dropdown menu next to your name / picture on the top-right of the screen.
• Select Edit Profile from the dropdown menu next to your name / picture on the top-right of the screen.

You can update your details in three categories:

Personal Details

• Scroll on the Personal Details section to edit your name, profile picture, language settings and location.
• You have the option to update your email and mobile number in the communication details section after verifying the provided information via OTP.

For Email: Click Editright next to your email ID in the Communication Details section.

1. Enter the Email id you want to update and click on Send Code .

   

2. iECHO will send an OTP to the updated Email to confirm.

3. Enter the 6-digit OTP and click on Confirm Code.

Your email ID has been updated, you can use the updated Email to login to iECHO.
