iECHO lets you manage your profile by uploading a personal image, updating your personal and professional details, and controlling privacy settings to make your profile private or public.

Here’s how you can complete setting up your profile:

• Login to iECHO and click on the dropdown menu next to your name / picture on the top-right of the screen.
• Select Edit Profile from the dropdown menu next to your name / picture on the top-right of the screen.

You can update your details in three categories:

Personal Details

• Scroll on the Personal Details section to edit your name, profile picture, language settings and location.

• You can update your email or mobile number from the Communication Details section by verifying the new information through an OTP. Follow these steps:

1. Click Edit next to your email ID or mobile number.
2. Enter the new email ID or mobile number.
3. Complete the Captcha (for mobile only), then click Send Code.
4. Check your updated email or mobile for the 6-digit OTP sent by iECHO.
5. Enter the OTP and click Confirm Code to complete the update.
