For first-time use, after completing the partnership and initial onboarding process for a Organization on iECHO, an email invite request will be sent to the owner.

Each Organization has only one Organization Owner, ensuring streamlined management and accountability. The Organization Owner sets the foundation for effective tele-mentoring by defining roles and maintaining operational integrity.

Complete Registration in the email invite received to complete setting up your Organization.
The owner will need to complete the one-time sign-up/registration to invite other members.

🆕 When creating a program, select the Target professionals accurately. These selections will be auto-populated for new participants during registration, helping them quickly find and select their profession.
Example:
If you are starting a program on Maternal Mental Health and your target professionals are
counselors, select the most relevant counselor option while setting up the program. This ensures participants see the right options when they register.
