🛠️ Trouble Saving Your Profile on iECHO?

If you're unable to save changes while updating your profile, here's what to check:

  1. Mandatory Fields: Make sure all required fields are filled in—especially First Name, Location, Profession, and other marked sections. The "Save" button will remain disabled until these are completed.
  2. ‘About Me’ Character Limit: The About Me section under Professional Details has a 3,000-character limit. Exceeding this will disable the "Save" button. Trim the text if needed to proceed.

👤 Can’t Find Your Profession?

If your exact profession doesn’t appear in the dropdown, try these tips:

  1. Use the Search Bar: Type keywords related to your work—this helps narrow down options quickly.
  2. Browse Related Fields: Some roles may be listed under broader or alternate titles. Explore nearby categories to find a close match.
  3. Select “Others”: Can’t find a fit? Choose “Others” to manually type your profession or select a general category.
  4. Share Your Feedback: Think a specific profession should be added? Let our support team know—we regularly update the list based on user input.
