iECHO enables easy download and access to content within participant groups, with search, filter, and sort options to quickly find essential resources. Saved filter and sort preferences ensure a seamless, efficient experience across sessions, enhancing participant engagement and supporting effective learning for hub members.

(Currently in Beta) Additionally, option to share reaction to each content is enabled to provide a quick and easy way for users to express positive feedback on content.

Here’s how you can make the most of it:

• Navigate to your iECHO Homepage.

• Navigate to Programs page by clicking on View more

• Select the Program followed by Participant Group.

• Go to the Content Tab next to Schedule.

• Search Functionality: Simply enter keywords of file names into the search bar to find relevant resources. Results are displayed with the most relevant items at the top. Click on any result to go directly to the resource.

• Filtering Options: Refine your search by using the following filters:

  1. Session/Program: Narrow down content by selecting specific sessions or programs.
  2. Content Type: Filter content by type, such as cases, lectures, or other categories.
  3. Uploaded By: Find content uploaded by a particular author by selecting their name from the list.

• Sorting Results: You can sort the search results by relevance, date, or creator to better organize and prioritize the content you need.
