• Pre Assessments - Evaluate participants’ knowledge before starting the participant group/session.
• Post Assessments Evaluate participants’ knowledge after completion of the participant group/session.
• Program Registration Form - Capture Participant information in addition to basic iECHO registration. This form will be accessible to Participants after registering on iECHO.
• General Survey Form - Capture any other information from participants.
• Case Presentation Form - Capture case presentation data from participants.
