Guest participants can join iECHO sessions in a Public Program without having to register on iECHO. They can do this by using a direct joining link sent to their emails. Hubs can invite these guest participants 60 minutes prior to the start of a session.

Here are the steps for Hubs to invite guest participants to the platform:

  1. Choose a participant group within a Public Program.
  2. Go to the Schedule
  3. Choose the session for which you want to send an invite, and within the session details section, click on Invite Guest Participant.

  1. Fill in the First Name, Last Name, and Email ID of the participant.

  1. Click on Send Invite.

<aside> ℹ️ Note:

  1. A maximum of 25 guest participants can be invited to a specific session.
  2. An individual can only be invited as a guest participant to a participant group three times. After joining the third session as a participant, they will need to register on the platform when they join the next session conducted in the participant group.
  3. For a guest participant, attendance will be included in the report with only their name and email until they register on the platform via an invite sent by the Hub. </aside>

<aside> 🆘 To ensure a seamless experience for guest participants, we recommend they register for a batch through an invitation sent by our Hub team to join the participant group at the earliest. To avoid any potential issues when joining the session after three attempts, we highly encourage sending the invitation promptly before the next session. This proactive approach helps ensure a smooth entry process for the participants.
