Periodically we release updates to iECHO, to ensure it supports ECHO hubs and partners as they spread knowledge in their regions and focus areas.
Read below about the latest updates released in the first week of April 2026, as part of the first quarterly features release to iECHO.
Users can now join upcoming sessions directly from the iECHO homepage, without navigating to the session page.
This streamlined experience improves access to live sessions. Users can continue to join individually or with others and mark attendance as needed.
Forms can now be created to allow anonymous responses, so participants can share input without revealing their identity.
This supports open participation across program assessments, participant experience surveys, and community feedback. Program reports generated from these forms exclude user-identifiable data.
Users can now access certificates directly from the homepage.
Certificates earned across programs are now available to view, download, and share from a single list.
Content can be tagged by focus area (similar to keywords) to improve discoverability across programs.
iECHO suggests relevant tags aligned with your program’s focus areas, making it easier to categorise content while maintaining consistency.
Tags help find related sessions and materials when users browse or search across programs.
