If a session has been recently conducted, we recommend downloading the report 24 hours after the session's end time to allow for proper reconciliation.

Enhancements:
๐ Ensuring transparency when a participant leaves a group or an admin removes them, the Participant Groups data export instantly updates to reflect the change as follows:
Removed by [Admin Name] (if removed by an admin)
Left group (if voluntarily left)
๐ Session Participation History:
- Maintains Records: The export retains all session participation data for the sessions the participant attended before leaving or being removed.
- Tracks Continuity: If the participant rejoins the group, the export resumes tracking their participation and displays both past and current session data.
Example:
In a group named "Diabetes Management ECHO," suppose Dr. Asha is a participant.
- If Dr. Kumar (the admin) removes Dr. Asha, the export shows: Dr. Asha โ Removed by Dr. Kumar
- If Dr. Asha leaves on her own, it shows: Dr. Asha โ Left group
The export keeps her previous session details visible.
- If Dr. Asha rejoins, it continues to log her participation, providing a clear and complete record of her group activity.
