Here’s how you can access analytics:

  1. Log in to iECHO.
  2. From the homepage, click on the first icon :analytics:to access Analytics.
  3. Alternatively, click on View More Analytics in the Your Journey section.
  4. Click **Analytics** to open your Organization’s dashboard.

Multiple programs / Multiple participant groups / Multiple sessions, or finally, they render single session data.

Use the search bar within filters to quickly find specific items.

Fields Description
Program(s) Total number of unique non-test Programs that were active under the selected organization during the chosen time period or filters.
Participant Group(s) Total number of unique active Participant Groups that were active during the chosen time period or filters.
Session (s) Total number of unique sessions completed under the selected organization during the chosen time period or filters.
Focus Area(s) Lists key subject areas addressed in the programs (e.g. Oncology)
Gender List gender categories: Male, Female, or Prefer not to disclose
Profession(s) Lists professional backgrounds submitted during participant registration

  1. Select all or click on the check box next to the program/session for any specific requirements.
  2. After applying any initial filters, use time & date range filters to refine data by specific periods. If Recent Session(s) is selected, the dashboard will only show data pertinent to those particular session(s).
  3. Click Apply Filters to make selection or Reset Filters to remove selection.
  4. Use Clear Filters to make a new selection. </aside>
