Updating your iECHO profile

To update or edit your profile:

• Login to iECHO and click on the dropdown menu next to your name / picture on the top-right of the screen

• Click Edit Profile

• You can edit your details in three categories:

  • Personal Information: Here you can edit your name, profile picture, language settings and location. You have the option to update your email and mobile number in the communication details section after verifying the provided information via OTP.

  <aside> ℹ️ Add/ update your email address or phone number in the personal information section. A user should verify the email address for receiving notifications.

  • Professional Details: Edit your profession, academic qualification, institute and workplace, fields of interest, and your personal bio.
  • Account Details: Edit your account information and change your password.

• After you have made your updates or changes, click Save

Updating your iECHO Login Details

iECHO enables you to update your login phone number and email ID directly from your profile section.

Here’s how you can update your phone number:

1. Select ‘Edit Profile’ from the drop down menu given on the homepage
2. Click ‘Edit’ given right next to your phone number in the ‘communication details’ section
3. Enter the updated phone number and click on ‘Send Code’
