The iECHO platform's poll feature empowers Hubs to create and conduct live polls during sessions, enhancing interaction and engagement. This tool encourages active participation, making sessions more dynamic and responsive to the audience's needs.

With Zoom polling seamlessly integrated into iECHO, sessions can be elevated with interactive and engaging polls, fostering deeper connections with attendees.

Hubs can create Zoom polls starting one week before the scheduled session date and up to 75 minutes before the session begins.

Here’s how you can create zoom polls:

• Navigate to your iECHO Homepage.
• Navigate to Programs page by clicking on View more .
• Select the Program for which you want to add Zoom Polling.
• In the Schedule section, go to the session where the Poll needs to be added.
• Click on Manage Zoom Polls.

• You will be redirected to the Zoom session to create or modify a poll.
• When saving, choose the Save to as meeting poll option. </aside>

The Manage Zoom Polls feature is currently not available for Custom VC integrations in iECHO. If your session links are integrated, you cannot edit polls directly through iECHO at this time.

📌To modify an existing poll, you must log in to the application integrated with your session, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or any other supported platform.

• View polls directly in the Zoom pop-up window for immediate access during the session.
• Download poll results from the iECHO platform 24 hours after the session ends.
• Download poll data is available at the session level only. (Participant group data is not available.)
