If a session has been recently conducted, we recommend downloading the report 24 hours after the session's end time to allow for proper reconciliation.

Understanding Reports:

Details of the metrics used in the CSV data export:

Fields Description
Report Poll Results (Default).
Program Name Name of the program under which the Participant Group is created.
Session Topic Topic of the session selected.
Session Status *Only completed session reports can be downloaded.
Zoom Meeting ID Meeting ID for the particular session.
Zoom Meeting UUID Unique identifier for a specific instance of a meeting.
Zoom Meeting Start Time Session start time.
Poll Title Name of the Poll Form Created.
First Name First name of the person who has registered for one or more programs conducted by the Hub
Last Name Last name of the person who has registered for one or more programs conducted by the Hub
Poll Question(s) Questions created in a serial order for the Poll (Additional Columns for more than 1 question)
Answer(s) Answers to questions in the Poll.
Date Time Date and time of poll submission by a Participant.
